The kids finally have a teacher who won’t turn them into apples, but how long will this happily ever after last? After all, there is always something strange happening at Wayside School. This show is a part of BTE’s Kathy Baas Sensory Friendly Performance program.

Across the globe on the island of Manhattan, a Korean-Canadian playwright, twice an immigrant, spends her days wrestling with the expectation that she write “authentic” stories about her identity. But what, exactly, is her identity? Hedgerow Theatre Company’s regional premiere presentation of ‘Endlings’ by Celine Song is supported by the National Endowment for the Arts.

This summer, the newest community theatre in Central PA, Salt & Light Theatre for the Performing Arts, is excited to present its first Broadway musical of "Annie" directed by Pastor Ryan Brosious on July 16-19. "Annie" is a heartwarming musical that tells the story of a plucky young orphan girl living in New York City during the Great Depression. Despite her harsh circumstances at the Municipal Orphanage run by the tyrannical Miss Hannigan, Annie maintains an unwavering optimism that she will one day be reunited with her parents.
