The Generative Clothing Designs (GCD) project seeks to bring together artists and programmers to create algorithmically generated clothing designs through a user-friendly online platform. We then make the clothing based on the generated designs. In this exhibition, we tell the story of the GCD project which includes the Swarthmore students, alumni, and external collaborators who helped make this possible. Over fifty artworks will be on display taking various forms including shirts, hats, bags, and other accessories.

The AmeriMasala is Erie's first multi-disciplinary celebration of global ethnic arts, food, and performances. Experience towering 15-20 ft body puppets, dragons, stilt-walkers, a New Orleans-style marching band, a West African dance and drum ensemble, a 20-member all-female Afro-Brazilian samba group, and more.
