Check out the "Coke Capital of the World!" Located along the banks of the Youghiogheny River, you will enjoy history, art and the great outdoors in this charming town. During the French & Indian War, General Braddock crossed the Youghiogheny River at Stewart's Crossing in present day Connellsville. Buildings on the National Register of Historic Places abound, including the Carnegie Free Library and the Union Passenger Depot. The Great Allegheny Passage also runs through here so be prepared to bike, hike and check out the great rail-trail!
