INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Wigle Phil’s Shadow Whiskey
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- .75 oz lemon juice
METHOD
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 to 15 seconds without ice. Add ice and shake for another 10 to 15 seconds and strain your cocktail into a coupe or rocks glass.
