Phil’s Sweet & Sour Cocktail


  • 2 oz Wigle Phil’s Shadow Whiskey
  • 1 Egg White
  • .75 oz Maple Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio of maple syrup and water)
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 dashes Wigle Molé Bitters


Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 to 15 seconds without ice.. Add ice and shake for another 10 to 15 seconds and strain your cocktail into a coupe or rocks glass.
