Big Day Out
You will begin your day by checking in at our Pocono Whitewater Rafting Center. Then, you will be fitted for one of our Trek bicycle rentals and start your 23-mile bike ride on the Lehigh Gorge section of the D&L Rail Trail. When your ride is finished, you’ll enjoy your sub lunch along the banks of the Lehigh River in Jim Thorpe. After lunch, your BIG DAY OUT continues in the Lehigh Gorge State Park with a scenic hike to a beautiful overlook of the Lehigh River in the Pocono Mountains of Jim Thorpe.

Hop on the Bike Train and step back in time. Enjoy a relaxing 25 mile train ride through the Lehigh Gorge. Then, pedal your bike back down to Jim Thorpe at your own pace along the Lehigh Gorge Rail Trail. First, your day begins in Jim Thorpe where you and your bike will board the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway. You will enjoy a one hour ride as the train swings onto the former Lehigh Valley main line.

Join us for our comeback festival at one of the top-rated trail networks in Pennsylvania, the Allegrippis Trails, and celebrate mountain biking! The heart of the event, expo area, check-in, etc., is moving back into Susquehannock Campground! Your registration gets you access to demos, skills clinics, group rides, and good times. This is a non-profit event. Your registration directly supports the Allegrippis Trail System. We're all here to ride bikes and have a good time!
