Kinzua Bridge State Park

296 Viaduct Road Kane, PA 16735
Region: Pennsylvania Wilds

Kinzua Bridge State Park is one of most unique and inventive parks in the Commonwealth state park system. Comprised of 339-acres, the key feature of Kinzua is a skywalk engineered from a partially destroyed railroad viaduct bridge that spans a gorge. Once the longest and tallest railroad structure in the country, Kinzua Viaduct was wrecked by a tornado in 2003 and re-imagined in 2011. Visitors can hike and bike on the skywalk, and most visit during summer and peak foliage in the fall.
