Fall Heritage Benefit Paddle
View spectacular fall foliage during the Endless Mountains Heritage Region’s annual Fall Heritage Paddle on October 4, 2025. This 11-mile adventure will begin at Endless Mountains Outfitters (EMO) for check-in and waiver signing by 8 a.m. Following the welcome and safety briefing, participants will be shuttled to the Bradford County Outboard Motor Club to launch. Participants should bring appropriate footwear and clothing (pack rain gear, just in case), a lunch and/or snacks, sunscreen, and a sufficient supply of water.

Interested in a multi-day adventure along the Susquehanna River North Branch? Join Endless Mountains Heritage Region for their annual North Branch Sojourn from July 31 through August 3, 2025. This year’s event begins in Owego, N.Y., and will end in Sugar Run, P.A., for a total of over 60 river miles! This event will be jam packed with paddling, entertainment, great food from local businesses, educational programming and more! Participants are asked to arrive at Riverfront Park in Sayre (100 Riverfront Park Rd, Sayre, PA 18840) by 8 a.m. on July 31 to sign waivers and check in.

Join Endless Mountains Heritage Region (EMHR) on Saturday, June 7, 2025, for a day-trip paddle on the Susquehanna River North Branch Water Trail. Participants should meet and check in at the Phantom Fireworks of Great Bend shopping Plaza (25059 US-11, Hallstead, PA 18822) by 8 a.m. Paddlers will then be shuttled to the Oakland Township PA Fish & Boat Commission launch following a welcome and safety briefing.

Join Endless Mountains Heritage Region, Pinchot State Forest officials and Countryside Conservancy at Miller Mountain, with “A Walk in Penn’s Woods!” Started by the PA Forestry Association, A Walk in Penn’s Woods is a state-wide initiative to get residents of Pennsylvania in the woods on Sunday, Oct. 5, an annual event. It teaches participants how their local woods function and gives them an understanding and new appreciation for wildlife.

Small Business Support Hikes: Mother’s Day Hike at Salt Springs State Park
Bring mom and join Endless Mountains Heritage Region at its second event in the Small Business Support Hike series at Salt Springs State Park! This two-day hike is Saturday, May 10, 2025, overnight into Sunday, May 11. Participants should meet at Salt Springs State Park’s main park office, also known as the historic Wheaton House (GPS coordinates: 41.9119, -75.86553), on Saturday by 11 a.m. to sign in. Saturday, we will travel on the 6-mile Salt Springs State Park Outer Loop Trail (considered difficult), and Sunday will be the Salt Springs State Park Loop, about 3.5 miles.

We will be sponsoring our first ever 5K run on Saturday, May 24, 2025, 9AM start, utilizing the Trolley Trail, beginning at the Church of the Epiphany, 25 Church Hill Road, Dalton, PA 18414. Pre-registration (by May 1 to be guaranteed a t-shirt): runners $25, walkers $15, with packet pickup Friday, May 23, 2025 from 4-8 PM at Brown's Gym in Clarks Summit. Day of Registration: runners $30, walkers $20, with packet pickup Saturday, May 24, 2025 from 8 to 8:45 AM at the event.
