Featuring historic villages, rich valley farmland, and bluestone quarries, the 37.3-mile Viaduct Valley Way Scenic Byway follows State Routes 171, 92, and 11 between Lanesboro and Dixon in the Endless Mountains region. Delighting railroad, bridge, and history buffs, the aptly named byway includes two of Pennsylvania’s most historic railroad viaducts along the way – Starrucca Viaduct, the oldest stone railroad bridge still in use in Pennsylvania, and the Tunkhannock Creek Viaduct, the world's largest concrete railroad bridge.
