Featuring abundant wildlife, including elk, and dozens of state-designated historical markers, the picturesque byway largely follows the river along 11 routes, passing by Clearfield County’s historic McGee’s Mills Covered Bridge, the geologic marvels of Bilger’s Rocks, and the serene Curwensville Lake Recreation Area.
