World Heritage Week 2025

The 10th Annual World Heritage Week, curated by Global Philadelphia Association, will return from May 18–24! Each year, World Heritage Week celebrates the designation of Philadelphia as the country’s first World Heritage City. This year’s celebration features a dynamic lineup of free and ticketed events including a curated tour at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Beethoven performances, complimentary food and drinks at Shofuso Japanese Cultural Center in honor of AAPI Heritage Month, and the official Organization of World Heritage Cities flag raising at City Hall on May 22 at 12pm (rain location: Masonic Temple on N.
