"Every note we play is a chapter in our story, a journey through the heart of American roots music."
Step into the enchanting world of The Wildwoods, a folk/Americana trio whose melodies weave together nostalgia, adventure, and heartfelt storytelling. Hailing from Lincoln, Nebraska, this husband-and-wife duo, Noah (guitar) and Chloe Gose (violin), alongside bassist Andrew Vaggalis, create music as rich and inviting as the landscapes they sing about.
With harmonies that soar like a summer breeze, The Wildwoods have graced stages alongside Mighty Poplar, Sierra Ferrell, Aoife O’Donovan, Melissa Carper, Jamie Wyatt, and Joe Nichols. Their presence has illuminated renowned festivals such as Summerfest, FreshGrass, and the Oyster Ridge Music Festival, earning them a place among today’s most celebrated folk artists.
Their accolades speak volumes—finalists at the FreshGrass Music Festival Band competition and Gems on VHS "Gems in the Rough" competition, as well as semi-finalists in the International Songwriting Competition for standout tracks like "Untitled" and "Way of Train." Named Best Band by the Lincoln Journal Star’s Lincoln Choice Awards, their sound is a tapestry of heartfelt songwriting and intricate musicianship.
Influenced by Watchhouse, Nickel Creek, and Gillian Welch & David Rawlings, The Wildwoods push the boundaries of folk/Americana with delicate, yet powerful melodies and poetic storytelling. Whether drawing inspiration from nature, life on the road, or their Midwestern roots, their music invites you on a journey of reflection, wonder, and deep connection.
Join us this Fourth of July for a night of spellbinding harmonies, intricate melodies, and the warm embrace of live music under the stars.
