Skate with Characters Returns This Summer! If you loved it during Winterfest, you’ll be thrilled to know Skate with Characters is back at Independence Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest. Join us on the fourth Sunday of each month from 2 PM to 4 PM to skate alongside your favorite characters from stories, TV, and movies. All ages are welcome. Entry is free; skating, amusements, food, and drinks are pay-as-you-go. Skate admission is $5 and skate rental is $12.
