The Philadelphia Latino Arts & Film Festival (PHLAFF) is the region’s only festival dedicated to Latinx and Latin American cinema and culture. Running from May 25 to July 6, 2025, PHLAFF features a dynamic hybrid format with in-person events and virtual screenings, showcasing over 180 films from more than 25 countries—including 26 world premieres. Founded in 2012, the festival has grown into a year-round arts incubator that celebrates Latinx voices through film, music, art, and community programming. PHLAFF fosters cross-cultural dialogue, supports emerging filmmakers, and builds community through partnerships, youth initiatives, and its signature LOLA Awards.
