The Street Art Society of NEPA presents the End of Summer Mural Trolley Tour! Have you seen all the murals popping up in the valley? Are you curious as to who the artists are and what their vision was for creating their murals? We want to share all those details and more during a fun and interactive trolley tour! Hop on the beautifully restored Back Mountain Trolley and take a guided mural tour of over 30+ local murals. Pick-up and drop-off locations for the tour will be at the restored train station that is now the Visit Luzerne County building at 200 Old Train Station Road in Wilkes-Barre. Each tour will be led by a personable guide who will share information about the murals and artists, provide insights into how the murals were planned and created, and offer plenty of fun and entertainment along the way. There will be a stop at Amy Bezek Photography, 1231 Gallery, for a meet-and-greet with guest mural artist(s) to enjoy light refreshments and hor d'oeuvres. This fundraising event will benefit the Street Art Society of NEPA, a 501 c (3) non-profit, and 100% of your donation will directly go to the creation of more murals across the Wyoming Valley. Tour Schedule: 21+ and Over Tour - Tuesday, August 19 21+ and Over Tour - Wednesday, August 20 21+ and Over Tour - Thursday, August 21 Tour Descriptions: Tours will feature a stop at Amy Bezek Photography, Gallery 1231, in Forty Fort, for complimentary alcoholic or non alcoholic drinks and appetizers.
