Started as a wagon on the roadside selling ears of corn, Duda’s Farm has transformed itself over the past 35 years and now supplies southwestern PA with fresh produce. Central Market in downtown York is holding its 13th Annual Pumpkinfest on Oct. 26 complete with family-friendly offerings and activities including free pumpkins and decorating supplies, as well as a wide variety of pumpkin-themed food specials and menu items. Plus, market stands and other local downtown businesses will be hosting trick-or-treating for the kids so they can practice their very best “boo!”-ing ahead of Halloween.

Lancaster County is home to many pumpkin patches, including long-time favorite Country Barn Farm Market.
