Everybody knows Hershey, the home of Hershey chocolate, HERSHEYPARK®, and the luxurious HOTEL HERSHEY®. The town claims to be the Sweetest Place on Earth; the very air smells like chocolate, and even the streetlights look like Kisses. Milton Hershey founded this unusually upscale company town for his workers and went on to build a vast fortune, most of which he poured into varied and generous philanthropic pursuits.
