Traditional Indian Medicine

We will explore the traditional medicine of India. This event has 3 parts: A Traditional Indian Medicine Overview, Herbalism from an Indian perspective, and an Intro to Yoga class (this will include the history and philosophy as well as exploring some basic poses). Indian medicine traditionally includes: Ayurveda, Yoga, herbal treatment, Homeopathy, etc. It is often considered an alternative medicine, with most of it not being subjected to rigorous research studies. It is held in amazing Jim Thorpe, PA (the Poconos)
