The Franklin Fine Arts Council will sponsor the 13th Annual Taste of Talent (TOT) Vocal Competition this summer at Bandstand Park in Downtown Franklin, PA. Competitions will be held on Wednesdays, June 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26 at 7 PM. Semi – Finals will take place on Saturday, August 5 at 7 PM and the finals will be held Sunday, August 6 at 4 PM.
