Opening Art Reception: Wildlife Photography by Nancy Hopping

Stop by for the opening reception of the gallery's June exhibit: Wildlife Photography by Nancy Hopping, at The Brodhead Creek Heritage Center in East Stroudsburg on Sunday, June 4th from 1-3PM. I had a small pond dug in my front yard just because I REALLY like water. Who knew my biggest contenders for my pond would be the Bears that stop by? This led to creating a wildlife habitat in progress. Flocks of migrating songbirds headed south or north often stop by in the fall to feed on the tall Cherry trees which bring in the raptors. Each year I plant a few more things that will bring in new wildlife visitors. I have many wildflower gardens for hummers and butterflies and songbirds. Often Frogs, Toads, and Snakes are in my gardens keeping it in balanced. Using my house as a blind I see many small and large gifts of nature which is the soul of my photography...
