Hemispheres’ Festive Valentine’s Inspired Dinner Buffet

Saturday, February 11, from 5 to 8 p.m. Hemispheres, casual, rustic and cozy, will feature all the foods friends and families could want for a laid-back Valentine’s inspired dinner. Salads and appetizers include a fresh and composed Salad Bar, fresh fruit platters, charcuterie and local cheese display, peel and eat shrimp, roasted vegetables and more. Main entrees include Linguini with Marinara Sauce, Steamed Cod with Wild Rice, Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs, Oven Roasted Pork Loin and Beef Pot Roast. For sweet enjoyment, there will be Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Valentine’s Red Velvet Cake, New York Style Cheesecake and chef’s selected fine pastries. The special Kids Buffet will have assorted pizza slices, grilled cheese sandwiches, fried tater barrels, grilled cod and baby carrots. $29 per adult, $14 per child (ages 12 and under), exclusive of tax and gratuity.
