Endless Mountains Outdoor Heritage Expo

Calling all outdoor recreation and heritage organizations, businesses and agencies! You are cordially invited to participate in the first-ever Endless Mountains Outdoor Heritage Expo at the Wyoming County Fairgrounds in Meshoppen, PA on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 29th and 30th, 2023! Hours will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sept. 29 and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 30. Whether your entity engages the public with the outdoors, manages public lands or trails, promotes our regional history, or sells outdoor recreation gear; this Expo is for you! Promote your entity and its mission, attract newcomers to your trails or parks, boost your membership, educate the public about our environment and area history, show off and sell your merchandise, provide demonstrations or lead one of our mobile sessions…the possibilities are ENDLESS! Admission to the event will be absolutely free to the public with just a nominal fee required from our vendors ($50 for businesses and $25 for non-profit organizations and agencies). Vendor space is limited, so be sure to RSVP as soon as possible! Camping at the fairgrounds is also available for those vendors coming from out of the area. We are also seeking sponsorships that come with free vendor registration! This event will not only feature a wide array of heritage partners and outdoor geared vendors, but also guest speakers, educational programming, mobile sessions on the Susquehanna River and nearby trails, raffles, and more! The Endless Mountains Outdoor Heritage Expo is being organized by the Endless Mountains Heritage Region, one of Pennsylvania’s 12 Heritage Areas that is committed to outdoor recreation development and historic preservation in the four counties of Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna and Wyoming. It is being funded in part by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), the Endless Mountains Visitors Bureau and the Wyoming County Room Tax Fund.
