Professor of English and rare-cooking blogger Marissa Nicosa is stepping into the kitchen with Pottsgrove Manor. Be here right at the beginning for a talk by Nicosa on her research and what cooking manuscripts can teach about the kitchens of the past. Then journey into the reproduction kitchen at Pottsgrove Manor to see these recipes come to life! The museum staff and Nicosa will share about their work with historic foods. Recipe cards will be available to take home to try in your own kitchen and highlights from the day will be shared on social media throughout the program too! See what the team recreates at this cooking extravaganza.
