The Pennsylvania White Carnation League is an alliance of descendants of USCT soldiers and scholars, humanists, interpreters, and supporters from the communities who support their legacy. White Carnation League events build engagement and exchange among advocates and stewards.
White Carnation Archives Preservation Workshops
Get a behind-the-scenes look at some of the impressive preservation work being done throughout the Commonwealth. Discover simple preservation techniques as well as how collections are cared for, handled, and archived.

White Carnation Genealogy Roundtable
Leading genealogists will guide a discussion to help families find ways to share their research, discuss new resources, and help make connections between family histories. Professionals will also be on site to assist in document preservation.

White Carnation Dinner
White Carnation League members, a coalition of descendants of USCT troops, will receive a formal induction into the White Carnation League and will prepare for the Grand Review march on November 6th. The annual Martin Delaney service award for the PA Quest for Freedom and National Park Service’s Network to Freedom partners will also be presented.
