Destinations in this Roadtrip:

• Nescopeck State Park
• Lehigh Gorge State Park
  Spectacular scenery and roaring rapids await you in the Lehigh Gorge. Remember to bring your camera for this trail. You'll click the shutter more than a few times as you follow the Lehigh River along its rocky escarpments. If you would like to experience the river in a more personal way, there are also many opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, and fishing.
• Frances Slocum State Park
  Frances Slocum State Park consists of 1,035 acres in northeastern Pennsylvanias Luzerne County. Frances Slocum Lake is the focal point of the park and forms a horseshoe covering 165 acres.
• Bushkill Falls
  "The Niagara of Pennsylvania." New in '05: Trail Map Adventure. Open daily Apr. - Oct. Check website for events.
• Luzerne National Recreation Trail
  Almost two miles of the Luzerne County Rail-Trail is open with continued development in the works. Connecting with not only the boroughs between Old Forge and Wilkes-Barre, but also the nearby trails, such as the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail, the Luzerne County Rail-Trail will be a major regional asset.
• Bellefonte Tourism Commission
  Pennsylvania's Own Secret! Discover Victorian charm and unique atmosphere. Bellefonte offers personal touch and one-to-one expertise with its variety of bed and breakfasts, dining, shops, and historic treasures. Each year, travelers visit Bellefonte for its annual Victorian Christmas festival.
