  • The Strawberry Tree
The Strawberry Tree is housed in a large Federal style Victorian house with Italiante features. Built in 1835 by William and Jane Irvin, the house is approxmately 9000 square feet in size. The Strawberry Tree occupies the majority of the first floor. Stand at the newel post and look up forty feet to the third floor!! It does take away your breath!!

We have lived here 24 years and love the house for the life it has given us. When we say, "A friendly, old house filled with gifts from the heart"...we mean it!

  • Historic Victorian Brookville
Listed on the National Register of Historic Towns, Brookville features a beautifully restored Victorian Main Street, gaining the town recognition as a Pennsylvania Outstanding Community. A 90-acre historic district offers self-guided walking tours and turn-of-the-century nostalgia. This is especially evident during the enchanting Victorian Christmas Celebration. The town assumes a Dickens-like atmosphere as sleigh bells ring and carolers sing while ladies and gents, in traditional dress, bustle from store front to store front.
