Austin Dam Memorial Park On September 11, 1911, the Austin Dam broke sending 265 million gallons of water into Austin and Costello and wrecking massive destruction. Today, visitors can stand between the failed portions of the dam and appreciate the tragedy of this historic event.
Miller Farm Road Bridge Built around 1888, the Miller Farm Road Bridge is a single span supported by large stone abutments on each side of the creek.
National Transit Building The National Transit Building was built in 1890 and housed one of the subsidiaries of the Standard Oil Company. Today it is home to several arts, cultural, and social service organizations including the Transit Fine Art Gallery, the Oil City Civic Center, and the Oil Valley Center for the Arts.
