Destinations in this Roadtrip:

  • Meadville Market House
Renovated in 1970, the Market House serves not only its original purpose as a city market but also as a meeting place for people from all walks of life and as a one of the major underpinnings of downtown Meadville. Although the growing season is limited, the Market House is busy all year offering a variety of products which include fresh baked goods, candies, homemade pasta, coffees, maple sugar products, coins, crafts, and more.
  • Conneaut Cellars Winery
Our award winning wines cover a broad spectrum of tastes from traditional favorites to unique regional wines to the noble vinifera of world fame.
  • Conneaut Lake Park
For over one hundred years, Conneaut Lake Park has overlooked the largest natural glacier lake in Pennsylvania. This fun-filled amusement park allows you to enjoy the pleasure of sand and shore on the beach. For a windier and less wet rush, the renowned Blue Streak wooden roller coaster ushers in other rides, plus some for the little ones in Conneaut's own Kiddieland. Also, Conneaut's boardwalk allows for scenic, quiet strolls in order to rest up for an evening at the Beach Club providing festive, live entertainment. Plus, to slow down the morning after, you can soak up the green at the golf course. Admission to the park is free, and you only have to pay for the rides!

Conneaut Lake Park's 2006 season opens May 26.

  • Civil War Soldiers Monument
A monument to all the soldiers who died in the Civil War.
