Welcome, sports fans! Here in the Keystone State, we take our sports seriously. We're just as crazy about our Little League teams as we are about college football. And we're into more esoteric sports, too. If you're looking to catch a game, this is definitely the place.

Despite the 3-1 deficit in this year's World Series, I'm still grateful for being a part of one of Philadelphia (and PA's) greatest days last year -- the World Series Parade!

On a cold Saturday night in 1954 my father secured four Pittsburgh Steeler tickets for a night game against San Francisco. I watched in horror as the 49'ers defeated the Black and Gold 31-3.The only good I remember from the game was how great the hot choclate tasted .Fastforward 55 years later and the folks in San Mateo.Ca will know why between Jan 6-10,2009 when I proudly wore my Steeler shirts and gear all around town why I was a Steeler fan.
Why I love the Pittsburgh Steelers

I love the Pittsburgh Steelers because they represent the heart and soul of Pittsburgh; hard work, integrity, selflessness, and determination. Although I live over 1,000 miles away, Steeler Sundays afford me the opportunity to feel at home whether it’s waiving my Terrible Towel, or giving high fives to people who I just met, but am fraternally connected to through our love of our team. I love the Steelers because they represent all that is just with America.

I learn to love the Steelers through my children, who fell in love with the steelers when they were just tots, they went to see them play even before they had a football field. my kids 9,8 and 6 was at every game. they are now in their 40s and fifties. watching their eyes at the memtion of the name, it was like chritmas morning, and feeling their emotions and joy, and being a Steeler fan no matter, whether they win or lose. Never give up on them

Kye saw his first baseball game at PNC Park. He loved the lights, the crowds, and the crack of the bat. What a great place to introduce a little boy to baseball.
