MEDIA - Campfire Club

Campfire Club will meet one Friday a month to enjoy the warmth of a campfire, roast marshmallows, meet new friends and take a night hike. $2 per person. S'mores, popcorn and hot chocolate will be provided. Please bring your own folding chair, marshmallow roasting stick, one flashlight per person and mug. Dress for the weather, sturdy hiking boots are suggested. Trails are rugged and may be slippery. Must pre-register for this event at 610-892-3908 or ra-nrspridlenved@state.pa.us. This event will cancel in the event of rain, lightening or high winds. Call 610-892-3908 and listen to message regarding cancellation if bad weather is predicted. Natural art sculptures featuring a beehive, flower, butterfly and a NEW hummingbird installed throughout Longwood Gardens. The sculptures are created using various combinations of trees, saplings, branches and other forest materials. The different shapes, colors and textures provide the installation with character, definition and sense of motion.

A five acre corn maze that is themed "Visit Pa ...all in a day" It's a virtual vacation thru the state of Pennsylvania where maze travelers travel to areas of the state and collect game pieces as they travel. Highlights form all across the state are interwoven into the 5 acre cornfield. There is help along the way as you need it and even a quick exit. Located Cherry Crest Adventure Farm the maze is open and part of the many other attractions at the farm from July 4th thru Sptember 7th Tuesday thru Friday 10 am till 5 pm, Saturdays 10-dusk. September 11-September 26th Friday 10-5 and Saturdays 10-Dusk. October 1-Nov 7 Thurs 10-5, Friday and Saturday 10-10pm. Prices are $12.95 for children 3-11 and $14.95 for adults 12 and older.
