They are pleased to produce their own premium wines, from vine to bottle. Their varietals include Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. They also produce their own specialty blends, including Shade Mountain Red, White and Blush. Using locally grown fruit, their winery also makes and bottles a diverse line of fruit wines including apple, raspberry, elderberry, blackberry, cherry, strawberry and peach.
