Built in 1926 as the Manos Theatre, The Palace Theatre today hosts the widest variety of live entertainment in the area in a beautifully renovated 1341-seat facility, including concerts, comedy, theater, dance and family entertainment. From nationally-known celebrities and touring shows to local talent, The Palace Theatre is Westmoreland County's premiere entertainment venue. The Palace Theatre is home to the Westmoreland Symphony Orchestra, a regional venue for River City Brass Band, and hosts performances by regional organizations such as Stage Right, Westmoreland Choral Society, Laurel Ballet, and Greensburg Central Catholic High School. The Megan Suite is also available for meetings, conferences, receptions and private parties.
