Built in 1756 as a one-story summer house. Second floor and back wing with kitchen added in 1771. Excellent example of Philadelphia Georgian architecture. Three-part Palladium window, pedimented entrance. Furnished with a fine collection of 18th- and 19th Century decorative art.
