Pre-Civil War industrial village. Birthplace of Henry Clay Frick.West Overton Village is located about 45 minutes east of Pittsburgh in the quiet little town of Scottdale. The Village features eighteen significant buildings spanning several acres. These buildings were built in the years between 1801 and 1867. The site is undergoing a year-long Revitalization Project and will reopen for tours in June 2012.
