Cumberland County Historical Society's award-winning museum will engage visitors of all ages. Established in 1874, its 6500 square feet encompasses 16 galleries, two changing galleries, and eight windows to history that provides continuing stories on local history. An active history center, the Society is dedicated to preserving, collecting and interpreting county history. CCHS maintains the Hamilton Library, Photo Archives, a hands-on Educational Center, Museum Shop and the historic Two Mile House located on Walnut Bottom Road.
