Come to this National Park that commemorates the events surrounding the start of the French and Indian War. The main park unit contains the reconstructed Fort Necessity, the historic Mount Washington Tavern, a picnic area, and hiking trails. Visit the new Fort Necessity/National Road Interpretive and Education Center opened in the Fall of 2005.
