Locey Creek Alpacas, established in May 2010, is a small breeding operation with bloodlines from several champions. In our breeding program, we selected our alpaca for their fiber characteristics, sound confirmation, easy-going dispositons, and outstanding production traits.
We are the fifth generation to use the family farm of 68 acres. Our farm has the heritage of horses, cows, sheep, and now our 21Huacaya (wa-cay'-yuh) Alpacas that range in color from true black, silver grey, rose grey to browns, fawns and whites.
We are located near the small town of Middlebury Center, in north central Pennsylvania. We are only 10 miles north of Wellsboro, where you will see the famous black Gaslights along Main Street. We are only 21 miles north of the famous Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and 35 miles south of the famous Corning Glass Museum.
We love sharing our life style with others, and invite you to visit our farm.
