The Bike Tour includes an all-day festival at Mellow Park that is free and open to the public. The Bike Tour, starting at 8:00 a.m.; Ride the beautiful Lackawanna River Heritage Trail and the D&H Rail Trail. The Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bike Tour riders, their families and friends, and members of the community are all welcome to join the fun! The Bike Tour Festival offers live music, delicious food, demonstrations about bike safety and repair, vendors showcasing the best of outdoor recreation in Northeastern Pennsylvania, a variety of exhibits by local nonprofit groups, and a tent packed with dozens of raffle baskets. Best of all – the festival is FREE! Don't miss it!
