The 5,900-acre park offers camping, hiking, picnicking, hunting, wildlife watching and cross-country skiing. The Foster Joseph Sayers Reservoir is the focal point for water based recreation at the park.
A network of 11 miles of day-hiking trails guides hikers through a variety of habitats providing excellent bird watching opportunities.
