Innkeepers Charles and Deborah North invite you to relax and spoil yourself at the Pineapple Inn, named for the hospitality it extends to all visitors. Built in 1857 by well-known Philadelphia architect Louis Palmer, the Inn combines Victorian furnishings, equestrian artifacts, brass rubbings, and authentic furnishings from the Archbishop of Canterbury. The result is an atmosphere that combines a touch of England with Victorian America. A delightful full breakfast is prepared each morning by Charles, and served in the formal dining room. Enjoy complementary tea in the afternoons, as well as locally made, pineapple-shaped chocolates. Eight rooms available.
