Step: 3 DCED will Provide the Pennsylvania Wilds Logo and Style Guide to Applicant

Once the Trademark License Agreement has been fully signed and returned to our office, DCED will provide the applicant with the proper Pennsylvania Wilds logo for use along with the style guide below.

Authorized users will be required to comply with the terms and conditions provided in the license agreement and all applicable legal requirements in conducting business related to the production or sale of products bearing the Pennsylvania Wilds name, trademarks or images. If DCED determines that an authorized user has failed to comply with these terms they will be notified in writing of violation and misuse. If authorized user fails to remedy the violation of these terms and conditions, DCED reserves the right to terminate the right to use the Pennsylvania Wilds trademark by an authorized user.
