In response to the needs ensuring equal access to electronic and information technologies, Civil War PA has been developed according to a set of Universal Access Design standards for Web pages. DCED is pleased to provide an alternative medium for accessing information about our programs and services. Civil War PA has Universal Access Design standards for Web pages incorporated into its codebase in recognition of those individuals with visual, physical, or developmental disabilities.
