Industry Associations

The US Travel Association is the national, non-profit organization representing all components of the $704 billion travel industry. US Travel’s mission is to promote and facilitate increased travel to and within the United States. The US Travel Association was instrumental in gaining passage of the Travel Promotion Act – the first-ever US travel promotion and communications program to attract more international travelers to the U.S.

The Pennsylvania Association of Convention and Visitors Bureaus (PACVB) represents the commonwealth’s officially designated tourism promotions agencies. The association seeks to communicate to the general public, government officials, and other appropriate audiences the importance of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry to the state's economy, and to provide educational, marketing, and communications services, and governmental affairs representation to its members.
